On top of the Oviatt Building in Downtown Los Angeles there is an apartment that is, like most of the building, very Art Deco. Here’s some of the details from that apartment. They used to allow tours (these are from 2008) of the penthouse, but now they rent it out for gosh knows how much. Who wouldn’t want shower walls that are just deliciously detailed slabs of glazed terra cotta?
